It is never easy sending your money to some country you’ve never heard about or processing your credit card with a website you found on a search engine or casino forum. With the thousands of websites that will promise the best service and security; it is hard choosing which one will satisfy your needs.

For me if the company passes my customer service test, they have won 49% of the chances of me opening an account and risking my money with them. Fine service is definitely the reason why would I choose a company over another.
The next thing I will look for will be the little details such as their website. A rainbow colored website doesn’t gives me much to say that a casino is serious. Having a solid, organized and well distributed website provides me the first impression of the place, everything comes through the eyes. This website should have all the necessary information so the customer can find everything about the company they are dealing with. Information such as the company’s years of business, contact support like phone number, fax, email address, deposit options and their year round promotions are details that would let me know how serious and concerned about their customers this company is.
You can do some research on the known casino ranking sites, never the less; you need to learn to pick the good guys over the bad guys. Sometimes going where everybody goes is not always the best path to follow. From my own experience, everyone should learn to spot the strengths and weak points of every company.
To make this story short; from customer service up to their online look another thing that everyone should consider is the company’s payment frame. It is easy to give them the cash, getting it back has become more than just one terrible experience. They will give you lame excuses up to a sincere and awful “you are not getting crap from us”. Making sure that your withdrawals will be processed in a reasonable time frame and without any hassle is one of the keys for knowing which casinos appreciate their customers and which ones don’t.
