The playground for the rich and famous, and the rest of us. Monaco is divided by the harbor facing the blue Mediterranean—the two areas being Monaco Ville, also known as the Rock, the old medieval city housing Prince Rainier's palace, and our targeted destination of Monte Carlo.
Opening hours are posted, however, closing times are not, as casinos will remain open as long as gamblers would like to play.
